Our Refund & Cancellation Policies are simple and straightforward, crafted to ensure easy understanding for you.

If you would like to cancel an item, we urge you to do it within 24 hours of placing the order, or before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, items cannot be canceled and can only be returned. A refund will be initiated in both situations.

For cancellations just email us at support@fantasyintimacy.com with a picture of the item and reason for cancellation, along with your order number. 

Once the email is received by us and we do a quality analysis of the same, we will initiate a refund.

All refunds will be processed within 3-4 working days and will happen solely through net banking.

To ensure your privacy and safety, all your bank account details and information will be kept confidential by us and will not be shared with anyone.

How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?

1.You have a max of 15 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 15 days after receiving the order. No returns made after 15 days from the item receiving date will be accepted.


2.You must use the shipping label we provide, then send back and postmark the package within 15 days from the item receiving date.


3. You don't need to pay anything on your first return but after that you have to pay $4.75 for carrier charges.

How do I make a return?
We have a ‘100% Customer Satisfaction Program’. But we understand that sometimes an experience can be a bit disappointing for you. Rest assured we are always here to help and make sure that your problems have the most favorable end.

Below is the step-by-step guide through our Return/Exchange Policy:
  1. Return/Exchange Policy is applicable if the products received by you, do not match the pictures/descriptions on the website. 

  2. Products that you may not like due to quality, colour, and design-related issues are also open to returns/exchanges.

    4.Any items that are damaged by the customer, will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Customer damages include:-
  • Stained items
  • Tags missing
  • Body odor coming from the items
  • Loss of packaging
  • The product being washed or dry cleaned

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?

1. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached and hygiene sticker intact.

2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, underwear and any other product that touches private parts while wearing.

3.Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
